This was kinda confirmed in the Qore issue that was slipped before E3 just no one really paid attention to it.
4:08 "if your a developer, you know what... maybe I want to create a smaller package, a game that's a little easier to play on the go, something you play for 10-15 minutes then you put it down, just to break up the game a little bit".

this is my first monster hunter and after 4 hours I figured it out...
I'm not sure what the option is called but if go back to the elephant and cat that sold you the feline (just outside of your place) he'll give you an explanation on how to do it.
basically you have to go to your kitchen(it's located in your bedroom) and you have to go to the red board (on the right) and there's an option to activate the feline of your choice.
really...weird?
I have 7.5 hours logged into it over the PSN and I havn't yet experienced any lagg, and that's with my crappy 2.5mb download/0.43 upload speed.
I agree with Lloyd useless articles like these gets tossed both ways... the front page of N4G on any giving day proves this. Either you have to laugh it off and skip to the next article or... well... make a comment and let the people laughing laugh at you I guess?
^^^ Joystiq is a pretty good site mixed with a little humor here and there.
I agree I played for 6.5 hours on the PS3 with zero problems and that's with my crappy internet running a 2.5mb download and a 0.43mb upload speed!
I've been called a half minute hero before I hope this games just as fun!
pretty good rant. I think the background needs to be a different colour though, it doesn't suit the mood!
What exactly was wrong with the E3 trailer?
Not sure if they were ripping on Marlyn Manson or not but the guy is actually very intelligent.
Bioshock was patched twice for the 360, the first time was a month after release and it was for the framerate at the end of the game and it still didn't help.
Ninja Gaiden was patched for the 360 as well.
My personal opinion about Dead Rising is it sucks, bought it the day it came out and regretted not renting it, it was made for HD TV's so the text was too small, the 1 save slot was retarded, and the load times were too long and too often but killing zombies is fun ...
Ok wait a minute I swear I saw an article about the PS3 being on "struggle street" and another one saying which I quote "The number one problem here is PS3's small install base. Small installed base makes it very unattractive to developers...The more the PS3 falls behind, the fewer third-party exclusives Sony can hang on to".
So now I'm really confused? LOL
This article was written yesterday and was based on the article from Joystiq which was since then updated... read on.
Update: Matt Atwood at BioWare just contacted us to clarify his statements from earlier today regarding Mass Effect 2's exclusivity to Xbox 360 and PC. He says, "It [exclusivity] actually does exist for Mass Effect 2. And beyond that, we haven't announced any plans."
Seriously does this "legend" hang out with the legendary pixel counters and stat nerds?
BTW my fridge light turns off/on a millisecond faster than my friend's, I should know I tried it...
I live in Ontario and use bell as well and the problem with my area is I pay for 7mb download speed but I can only get 4.5 MAX because our neighbourhood is the end neighbourhood for that "circuit".
Digital distribution is good for little things like songs and PSP games but for movies satellite and digital cable are the better choices next to a physical copy.
I went to go see the Pixar movie UP in 3D and it was something else. I was never interested in 3D before but now I'm sold, I can just imagine what games would look like.
I guess it could be something like OCD never really thought about it like that?
Just move the battery icon away from the clock, I could care less about voice chat.
I felt the same way when I bought my LCD tv, my car, my computer, my iPod, and my car stereo... go figure!
ummm ya I can't wait to check out that invisible chainsaw! lol
you didn't really read the full article?
"It is still a professional environment, you still need a development kit and you still need to have investment and a team," he told the site. "But it can be a small team".
